The stair access to my room was treacherous. At my age, navigating all those steep staircases felt like an exhausting ordeal. Despite my requests for a different room, I was stuck with an uncomfortable and dangerous situation that was compounded by the inconsistent room service.

i stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. the location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pantheon, really close to other famous sites. the staff were so kind and attentive, which made my stay even better than my last visit to rome.

I appreciated the helpful staff who made checking in and out a breeze. However, the room itself could use some updates and better lighting was needed. Overall, it was a delightful experience, but I do wish the accommodations were more comfortable.

This boutique hotel suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. I remember the staff helped me return sim cards left in my room. On my last visit, a porter assisted me with my luggage over a few blocks. Definitely consider the breakfast. it's worth it! I'll be back for my next city trip.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were super accommodating. Just a heads up, the rooms can be a bit noisy if you're facing the street, but that's typical for such a vibrant location.

Our only complaint was the noise, especially in the front rooms. It can get loud at night with the nightlife nearby, which might interrupt your sleep.
